• A deposit may be required to confirm bookings; full payment is required before travel.

Visa & travel documents

You are responsible for providing accurate documents on time. Visa approval is at the discretion of the issuing authority; we cannot guarantee approval but will assist throughout the process.

Changes & cancellations

Liability

We act as a coordinator between you and third-party suppliers. We are not liable for events outside our control (flight delays, supplier issues, force majeure) but will assist you wherever possible.

Conduct

Pilgrims are expected to respect all local laws, customs and supplier rules during travel.
